We collect reviews from the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play. iOS reviews are fetched from 15+ top markets. Android reviews include the most recent 150 reviews.
Sentiment is automatically classified based on the star rating: 4-5 stars is positive, 3 stars is neutral, and 1-2 stars is negative. This gives you an instant, reliable breakdown without manual tagging.
For iOS, we probe 15 top markets including the US, UK, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, Canada, Brazil, India, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, South Korea, Turkey, and Russia. Additional markets can be probed on demand.
Not directly. App Store and Google Play don't offer public reply APIs. Instead, we provide AI-powered draft replies that you can copy and paste into App Store Connect or Google Play Console.
When you flag a review for response, we generate 3 reply suggestions based on the review's sentiment. Negative reviews get empathetic apology templates, positive reviews get gratitude templates. You can edit and customize before copying.
Reviews are synced during your regular data sync. iOS reviews fetch up to 10 pages per country (most recent first). New reviews appear in your dashboard after each sync cycle.
Yes. Full-text search works across all review content. You can also filter by star rating (1-5), sentiment (positive/neutral/negative), and paginate through results with 10 reviews per page.
